Wholesale Offerings

I offer a number of my forms to wholesale clients who wish to add my work to their shop. I currently have a number of wholesale clients located on the Shop page.

Minimums: $300 first order, $150 on returning orders. Shipping costs or delivery fees will be added once the minimum has been reached, if applicable.
For example:
- A first order of mugs that wholesale for $18 each (retail $36) would require an order of 17 mugs (totaling $306) to reach my order minimum of $300.
- A returning order of the same $18 mugs would require 9 mugs (totaling $162) to reach my order minimum of $150.

Timeline: typically 4-6 weeks, unless it's a busy time of year for my art shows or during the holiday season. Any orders expected for holiday shopping should be placed by early September to ensure I can have your order delivered for your customers to shop during the holidays.

Shipping/Delivery: I'm open to in-person delivery or shipping your order. I prefer in-person delivery to ensure everything arrives intact, given you are located or we can meet within a reasonable distance to the Northern KY/Cincinnati area. Shipping rates will be calculated based on the current UPS/FedEx ground rates and handling fees may be added to your order as well.

Payment: your order details will be sent by Square invoice via email. Your invoice can be paid by ACH bank transfer or by mailing a check to me. Checks should be made out to "Ryan Durbin Ceramics" and mailed to 138 Hope Ln, Highland Heights, KY 41076. Payment is expected upon delivery of your order, unless otherwise agreed upon. New clients may be asked to provide a deposit upfront for your first order.

Optional: All wholesale orders can optionally include (at no extra charge) small slips with photos of my work, text about my process, & social media handles for customers to find out more about the work they purchased. These also help if the piece is bought as a gift. My contact information (email, website, & online shop) are purposefully excluded from these slips to not pull customers directly away from your shop if they want more of my work. Please specify if you'd like these included in your order at delivery when placing it.
